ARTICLE 1 - SELLER'S NAME

 

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are entered into between COCON, SAS with capital of €10,000, registered with the RCS of Agen under number 900 332 172, having its registered office at 2502 Route de Bordeaux 47130 Port-Sainte-Marie, and any person having made a purchase on the https://www.cocon-cosmetiques.com/ site, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”. Any purchase from the https://www.cocon-cosmetiques.com/ site (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) automatically implies acceptance of all of these terms and conditions, which the Customer acknowledges having read prior to placing an order.

 

 

ARTICLE 2 - GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

2.1 The purpose of these GCS is to define the conditions under which Customers may access the Site and order COCON products, and to detail the rights and obligations of COCON and Customers.

2.2 The GTCS govern the relationship between Customers and COCON. Any customer placing an order undertakes to comply unconditionally with these GTC.

2.3 COCON is free to modify these GTC at any time and without prior notice, in particular in order to take into account any legal, jurisprudential and/or technical developments. COCON will inform the User by any means, and the User must accept the new GTC.

ARTICLE 3 - PRICES

 

3.1 All sales prices presented on the Site are inclusive of all taxes. Each product price is indicated in euros. Sales prices do not include delivery and transport costs.

3.2 COCON reserves the right to modify its prices without prior notice. 

3.3 Additional costs such as delivery and transport costs are mentioned before the order is confirmed. They are indicated on the order form.

ARTICLE 4 - PRODUCTS

 

4.1 Items are described as precisely and accurately as possible.

COCON undertakes to ensure that the photographs of the products conform as closely as possible to the products that will actually be delivered to the Customers.

4.2 COCON offers cosmetic products for sale, enabling Customers to carry out treatments. These products are only available to private individuals.

COCON undertakes to provide Customers with all the information necessary for the proper use of its cosmetic products.

COCON cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper use of the various products sold on its Site.

4.3 The products sold by COCON comply with the requirements of current French law relating to personal health and safety.

4.4 Products are sold while stocks last.

In the event of unavailability of the products ordered, COCON undertakes to inform the Customer immediately, and to offer equivalent products or a voucher for the amount of the order.

In the event of persistent disagreement with the Customer, COCON undertakes to reimburse the Customer for the amount of the order within 5 working days.

4.5 The customer is obliged not to resell the products ordered on the site without the prior agreement of COCON.

 

ARTICLE 5 - ORDERING

 

5.1 The Customer fills a virtual basket with the products he has selected. He can then check the details of his order, modify it or delete products. The Customer may then click on the “Payment” button and add information relating to the delivery and payment method.

The customer will then receive an email confirming receipt of the order by COCON.
